All I can say is very bad customer service we booked this place thru booking we booked it at 9:00 in the morning we reached out to the hotel for accommodations on the arrangements for the beds we want and did not receive any response at all after numerous messages emails … we then decided to cancel since we had a family and we’re not sure if they can accommodate us … after requesting cancellation we again didn’t receive an answer only at 9:00 pm the customer service rep reasponding had very short and brief nasty responses the only response we were able to get after all those emails and messages was at 9:00 pm in the evening … that if we don’t arrive they can’t cancel and would charge us the full amount
… I again tried making contact with them
… we haven’t checked in and we’re still charged the full Amount
I would say do not book with them unless you have Avery clear understanding of their cancellation policy they are very not accommodating and not flexible with your needs and their response time is bad

Moreover, the view from the room was nothing short of breathtaking. waking up to such beauty each day was invigorating and set the tone for a pleasant day ahead. Whether day or night, the vista was picturesque and a testament to the hotel's prime location.

Tiberias is not just a great place to experience the Sea of Galilee but also offers a lot to see in terms of Biblical history. A boat trip on the sea is a must. The shops and food in the area are delicious and affordable. Great place to visit. Need at least 3 days here to see enough.

The city of Tiberias itself was fairly typical of Israeli towns, busy, crowded, traffic and impatient drivers. However, the view of the Sea of Galilee is amazing from anywhere around the sea's 70 miles, or so perimeter road. We stayed at the Gomeh Isrotel Resort on the northern section of the sea, away from Tiberias. It was an awesome and relaxing stay. Highly recommended. Also, check out the great date farm and store on the southern end of the sea, called Tamar Bakfar

Value priced which was good. What wasn't so good:
This is a 4th floor walk up, so NOT for people who have foot issues. The room smelled. The place is not updated, and you share everything with 4 OTHER RENTALS. The area is pretty grungy.

Not a lot to do these days other than going the the beaches all around the sea of Galilei. The boardwalk is now just as it is in my memories from 20-30 years ago... But if want a good place to travel in the area - it's great.

I just love Tiberias!!!!!
I just love Tiberias!!!!! The scenic view of the entire Sea of Galilee especially if one is on the elevation is so mesmerizing. More hotel options around the area, transportation is easily accessible.
It was an exceptional stay for us. The hotel is located in a historical building and everything inside and outside of the hotel looks very authentic and nice. The location is great - few minutes walk to the seaside promenade, restaurants, shopping locations, etc. Usually, I do not pay attention, but here I can say - very reasonable placement of power outlets, lights and light switches in the room was exceptional. Good breakfast - you can find a meal to your requirements.
The rooms are large, clean and well furnished.
The lobby is very nice and comfortable.
Bathrooms are clean and nice.
Both inside and outside pool are nice.
The outside pool area isn't very large but it felt totally fine.
The restaurant is very pleasant. Large variety of food and courses for the meals.
Each and every person working in the hotel, from the reception to the restaurant has been friendly, helpful, listening and generous.
Accomodations were great and the place was clean and modern. The property offered spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and kinneret lake (sea of Galilee). The location was also great as it is just a few minutes walk / drive to the beach and nearby attractions. Special mention to Nir, the property manager, who was very responsive, polite and willing to help with whatever was needed, even after hours.
very bad service. i tried three days before my stay to change the date because i did wrong in the date at booking!
no answer from the hotel and they say your should do the change with booking .
then they accepted just if i pay double. so i ask for another days three months next and they didnt even answer.
they took the money and thats it.
be careful at their service! they are no answers in phone service!
Nice swimming pool But very bad service
Totally over rated hotel by all means.
Low level food, service and accommodations.
They charge way more than they should.
The rooms are very basic, with one small short sofa for 2 kids.
Fattal hotels still need to invest and improve a lot their human and facilities services.
It’s no more than a 3.5 stars hotel.
Great food and atmosphere. Property is amazing. Most of the staff were very attentive and helpful save of one lady who seems to have to much power in her role. Value for money is not brilliant comparing to other hotels we’ve been to around the world but compare to Israel it’s decent I would say. Overall, great experience.
Room was pleasant, good daily cleaning. The staff was very helpful, always there for you, going the extra mile... Breakfast was diverse. The coffee availability in the room was very nice. Of the staff, Shuki was always very helpful and concerned for the guest's well-being. The lake view from my hotelroom was beautiful.
This was the worst vacation ever.
We vacation a lot around Israel, stayed in many many hotel and i this was by far the worst.
Definitely not kid friendly. Very not kid friendly. Don’t go with kids.
This is our 4th stay at this Hotel. We love floor 7 or 8 th floor. The view is spectacular,
Beautiful views throughout the large lobby.
Wonderful staff, very clean. Always helpful.
Food was the best we ever ate at any hotel. Ronen the manager was very friendly, kind and helpful, he is so suitable for this position. He's employes we're also helpful.
Hotel was very central and for 1 Night it was bearable. Room was extremly small, not enough Room to walk or sit.
But it was clean and Bed was comfortible.
